The objective is to improve and develop professionals’ capabilities by
- Design of aspired target profiles and tailored capabilities of the individuals and the teams
- Factual measurement of present status of capabilities and identification of key strengths & development areas
- Design and implementation of specified and individual training & operational coaching plan to close the identified gaps
This program includes internal and external assessments of the individuals at all management levels. The external assessments are realized through Structured Assessment Interviews (SAI) to enrich the overall assessments with proven outside-in perspective.
